if you mean hydro pump i think lv 60 something.
if hydrocannon go to 2 island go to the house up at cape brink have blast at the front of party talk to the lady and she will teach it hydrocannan.

i think it is 69 i used to have a blastoise on a game it learned hydropump and then the game got stolen just try it good luck

I'll rate it a 8\10 Because Toecutic is too weak and Magmar ain't a good fire pokemon.

why the need for so many fire pokemon.
Keep charizard but teach him: flamethrower, dragon claw, earthquake
Replace magmar with a water pokemon like starmie which knows: surf, ice beam thunderbolt and
Replace nidoking with a psychic pokemon like alakazam or if you can trade gardevoir that know: psychic, calm mind,
Same goes for nidoqueen replace with dragonite that knows: Thunderbolt, flamethrower, dragon claw(if it can learn it) if not ice beam and earthquake.
Tyranitar should know: rock slide, thunderbolt, earthquake
replace togetic with an electric pokemon like magneton that definatley knows thunderbolt.
Alltogether i would give your team a 6/10 bvecause you have moves like blizzard and fire blast on good pokemon, also you do not balance the types that you use which is the key to a good team

i have dragonite alakazam but they are in a different team my best team exept tyranitar which i have to put in this team
oh and my favorite type is fire type thats why i have fire types ok

you should teach mew2 flamthrower or ice beam
ditch disable on golduck
get rid of exegutor altogether pick a better pokemon
teach tyranitar maybe blizzard or fire blast
personaly i think zapdos is not that good so i would ditch him

k ty but i teached my tyranitar strong atk moves becouse his atk is realy strong and i did exeggutor becouse i dont know a other strong grass pokemon maybe you know a str grass pokemon for my team ? and a move for golduck
