XD make enemies slow XD erm... change roll out for your old amnesia, it's well worth it, makes piloswine hard to kill (hence no need for endure... erm but hyper beam won't be affected by amnesia..)

celadon??? your started should've evolved before lavendar to its final form... or at the least, at level 30+...
beedrill for water poke? why don't you just get a vaporean out of eevee??
n e who, there are no best places to train since you're onli this far into the game... silent bridge and cycling road is your next big training trip... but according to the storyline you also have the rocket warehouse and the celadon gym to level your pirdgeotto and charmeleon into final Evos...
... hmmm if u want this team rated i'm rating it 5/10 ... i can't rate a training team, so it's just 'average' ... (although teams i've battled before celadon are often more powerful...)

you don't need to get the ruby untill you change all of that. I't dosen't matter if you beaten the elite four, you need to change them moves!

raichu's too offensive (not just that, it's physicali biased)
clafable hasn't a STAB move and has awkward moves (clefables aren't good in general n e how)
nidoking has no STAB moves either...
pidgeot has way too much STAB -_-" (i like the idea of featherdance being kept though, it's quite a nice move)
charizard has cut... need i explain n e thing?
nidoqueen has.. super power??? other than not having STAB moves it has a horrible fighting moveset...

Charizard's OK but I wuold get rid of Cut for something like Aerial Ace or Flamethrower.

STAB move: Same Type Attack Bonus move... so for mewtwo, psychih is a STAB... any move that is the same type as the attacking pokemon recieves a 50% bonus in base power (so if marowak uses earthquake, the basepower of the move becomes 150 from 100... compared to the usual 100 base power used by pokes who are not ground types) remember it's BASE POWER and not the actual damage that recieved the 50% bonus ok =P so it's really not that significant sometimes if you're just pumping... but then again, bonus is always bonus
