im pretty sure they are in storm sea because well you know stormy and during a storm it thunders but im not sure i lost my dive you know and and im working on getting a flying pokemon to get it back but its taking a while so if anyone knows for sure ...............

Ok Thunderstones are in the Lightning Field, at the 20-25 floors. You can gain access by completing Fiery Field, where you fight Entei. To unlock Fiery Field, you need to get through Solar Cave, and collect the Hm's Surf, Dive, and Waterfall. When you wake up, go into Pokemon Square, and a Spinda will appear, too tired from traveling, and faint. He will wake up in your home, and he will tell you about the "Mirage Pokemon". He says the feather he has found may be connected, and he gives it to you. Take it to Xatu at the Great Canyon, and he will tell you how to charm it. You will have access to Fiery Field! Remember to pick up a Fire Stone on the way!

Afer Rayquaza you beat groudon, then get surf, talk to Xatu, go to firey fields(I think that's what it's called), beat Enti, then go to thunder feild. Now lets get back on topic!
