Squirtle and Charmander evolve when thay have completed their first evolutions after that if theyre at level 36 they will evolve.Well of course Absol doesnt evolve.

both evolve to there second then at 26 for both they evolve to there last

I have no idea. I have the friend area southern island, and supposedly when you have that after like a random amount of rescue missions the story continues, but I have done like 50 missions, and it still hasn't occured. I think you might need to carry the music box with you as well, but I have been doing that and nothing happens. sorry, Mr. Yammy

i cant beat kygored on stormy sea i ahve a lv 38 blastooiste and a lv 37 charzard and a lv 32 absol any suggestings

I think you should get an Electric Type Pokemon like Magnemite->Magneton, or Electrike-> Manectric. I got both, which I don't use because I want a Pikachu :(
Oh, and how many levels are Stormy Sea? and what is Kyogre's Friend Area? I can buy any Friend Area being sold by Wigglytuff right now (20,000+ Poke w00t ^^)
