Yeah its just,most of the new members that come here triple post all around the place and make useless topics and well...break all the rules!

Haha, that's newbies for ya, they tend to not read the rules, thus getting them in a lot of trouble, some people just don't take time to read the rules is all.

Firstly, the term is evolution, not evolvements.
Secondly, Bulbasaur evolves into Ivysaur at level 16, and Ivysaur evolves into Venasaur at level 32. That is 4 levels earlier than any other starter pokemon for its final evolution.
Finally: Levels are a condition for evolution when visiting the Luminous Crystal, you do not immediately evolve once a certain level is reached.
I hope I did not sound obnoxious there, but I figured some facts should be cleared up.
