They can appear anywhere in the Great Marsh, because they're no different from normal Skorupis. They're just red instead of blue.
Shiny Pokemon are extremely hard to get. I do not recommend sitting there all month fighting in the Great Marsh to try and find one.

True. You'll only get a Red Skorupi if you're lucky. First you need luck to find a Skorupi in the first place, then even more luck for it to be shiny.
You can hunt for Shiny Pok'emon with the Pok'eRadar, but that's another thing.

If you're a complete idiot like me and can't chain with the Pokeradar to save your life, you will never find a red Skorupi. >_< Gawd, I'm awful. The only shiny Pokemon I have ever found is a Poochyena on Emerald, and they are as common as the grass.

i have a red skorupi i have like five of them. it's not very hard to find.

Then you are very lucky, the Red Skorupi is actually a shiny Skorupi.

well it depends. they randomly appear in the great marsh. if i remember it is a 1 in 85921 chance to get anything shiny. i do have an action replay so i can find any shiny pokemon whenever i want. but i have found a red skouripi without my trusty AR before. And who said Cheaters never Prosper? lol

Wait for one to come your way. One will if you keep hunting. It might not be Skorupi, but whatever it is you'll be happy you've got it if you get it the normal way, and not with AR.

if you have an AR go look for the code for shiny pokemon its on the pearl action replay codes on supercheats go back to like the secondpage on it. unless you wanna spend over two months or maybe a year depends on when it shows up
or go look for that code.

Yes, shinies are hard to catch without using an AR. You have a 1/8192 chance of the pokemon being shiny.
