Ok, what i really need to know is for pokemon sapphire version, and that is how to catch a feebas exactly. ive tried good rod, old, super rod, and surfing. i need to know a specific way to catch it.

Ok, now that Crossy's moved it, I can officially help you.
Feebas appears in six different locations in the rivel of Route 119, near Fortree. The six tiles are variable on the game itself and the trendy phrase in Dewford Town.

The trendy phrase in Dewford Town? You know the guy near Dewford Hall who talks about a certain phrase that's really popular in the island? That phrase is the trendy phrase.
As for tiles, Feebas appears on only six singular and specific areas in the entire river.

No. They will look just like every other tile in the river. That's the hard part.
Though once you find one, it shouldn't be a problem catching it.

ok, i am still working on the feebas, but now i am wondering something else. When you go up the waterfall that is next to the Weather Institute, after you go across that bridge-like thing with the Acro bike, what is that invisible item in the way and how can i get past it?
