It actually is.A non-member could do tutorial island without gaining a combat lvl.They get teleported to Lumbridge, log out and sign up to members and there you have it, a lvl 3 member.Of course, they wouldnt stay lvl 3 for long but it is very possible.

id like you to have just one worled so nonmebers couled go in like no members worled and you got to pay like 20 $ to play the game but you couled go anywhere.

UC, I'm not saying it's impossible to be a lvl 3 member. What I'm saying is, if they're lvl 3 and a member, in a non-member world, how would you tell that they're a member?

i think that duel arena should be made for free worlds as well its not right having to limite ur self to kill someone in wild

ahh i know of a improvment kind of like a saftey box for members to store their member items when their membership runes out that would be alot usefull but the only problem is it would give us more space in bank so i think it would have to be issued at the end of the membership or they could send u a message saying where they guy is at and u could buy one

Hmm hers a idea for a update a sword that can have the same att as a staff like att with a spell and it could be non-members as well so that way they could make a new quest as well and maby get more pople excited agian into runescape. or bring our a new set of spells that non members can use as well (agian another quest)
