i mean ud still half to lvl up to do it but still the fun of runescape is quests and lvl'ing up.

No it wouldn't it's members only and it should stay that way. By the way, you don't mine "dragonite", you can't make it, and there's no such thing, it's just regular "Dragon". There would be no point in being a member if they took the dragon stuff and made it non-members. Jagex will never do that, because if they did they wouldn't be able to keep runescape running.

i think there should be more quests for free servers (i am 1 at the time but parent is thinking about letting me rebecome 1) i mean all members quests requirements are to high i just like free server 1s and they should make elvrag the dragon lvl 101 again

lol maybee they should make more chat effects and let you set a chat effect in every time. Like say you set cyan as your chat effect, then u just type something in and it comes out cyan until you change it to a different setting..
