What are you guys more impressed with?, me its going to have to be GSP, the reason for this is because he has the same hight in his vertical leap as Michal Jordan, and for a guy his size, thats intense!

If genuine and not a staged stunt like it looks I go with BJ Penn 3ft pool vertical leap jump from out of the water, the reason being the added pressure from the water makes that almost impossible to do and I'll be surprised if he wasn't standing on some kind of platform in the water. Next time you go swimming, try throwing a punch under water and see how much speed you can generate...not a lot. Rocky Marciano used to train like that by the way, throwing punches underwater.

I actually attempted that, and yes I agree it isn't easy to do, my shins wern't liking me that day lol. But I managed to do it, it was a painful experience though.

Theres going to be a live UFC Event on Sunday "March 21st" its the first event the UFC has had on Versus, it will be a free card to.

What's happend to Tito Ortiz, he was the biggest name in cage fighting a few years back, had twins with a porn star and I haven't heard anything since.

And thats a bad thing Dennis...? no offense but I just don't like Tito Ortiz, he's just another Brock Lesnar, you can't talk to the guy without him swearing at you, he likes to talk a lot of smack. Hes the kind of guy who puts people down when they lose, even if he is not the one fighting etc.

But anyways I'll give you an update on Tito, Tito recently came back to the UFC and had a fight with Forrest Griffin a few months back and lost due to decision. Tito is now a coach on The Ultimate Fighter season 11. The other coach is Chuck Liddell, the two coaches were suppose to fight this June at UFC 115 in Vancouver, but Tito dropped out due to some disclosed reasons. I don't know the reasons, but when I fine out, I'll let you know.

Tito Ortiz probably remembered the right hand Chuck Liddell badly shook him up with in their last fight and thought it in his best interests not to fight him again.

I read somewhere that Tito Ortiz's girlfriend who he has twins with is the porn star Jenna Jameson. Anyway when Ortiz started dating her she had virgina surgery to make her a virgin again LOL. I like you don't like Tito Ortiz for the same reasons.

Apparently there is such a thing as virgina surgery and from what I've read the surgeons made a right mess of Jenna Jamesons.

How do the promoters and fighters make their money if it's free, is it through the adverts on the televised showing? Who's the main attraction?

Theres a lot of big names on this fight card, I believe this fight card is better then most UFC PPVs that they had a few months back.

I believe the reason why this is such a big card is because its its first showing on Versus, its going to be live to.

Which fighter has made the most money from his cage fighting career? Last year Manny Pacquiao made 40 Million Dollars from Boxing.

I'm going to have to say Chuck Liddell, he made 500k for each of his last 6 fights, another one I would have to say is Fedor Emelianenko, I'm not sure how much he makes though, all I know is he makes a ton of money.

When do you think the purses for cage fighting will start matching those of Boxing?

I would say in the next 5 - 10 years, Boxing has been around longer then MMA, but MMA is more popular now, just give it some time.

I think when you start getting the big name Hollywood actors and actresses attending the big fights and they start becoming major events in Las Vegas attracting the high roller gamblers then the fighters purses will start going up. You may be correct with your prediction, it won't happen overnight.
