RP: The Evolution Revolution

Scientist knew there was an enormus black hole in the center of our universe. Noone knew the potential of this beast, until it was unleashed. This black hole had been storing cosmic energy for 25,000 years. The last time it unleashed its awesome stored energy, we evolved into humans; upright walking, super intelligent beings. Now, 25,000 years later, we are poised for another leap in evolution.... December 21 2012, at 12:00 a.m. We approached and entered the middle of our galaxy, all of the sudden there was a great disturbance in the center of the Milky Way. Moments ago an unfathomable amount of cosmic energy exploaded outwards, towards all the stars, and planets...it took only hours to reach earth. For a moment or two the sky turned a dark purpulish red. Then the cosmic energy burst into the atmosphere and took only seconds to reach the ground. It slamed into the ground and dispersed. We thought we got off lucky, we thought we "survived." We did, but we had no idea what that event did to our genetics.....


All over the world news of people with "super ablilties" started to spring up. A women in Hawaii robed a bank by phasing right through the vault. A boy in Dallas Texas put his father through his kitchen wall by sneasing. A teenage girl from Brooklyn destroyed two cop cars, injured 2 cops and 3 civilians by, from a local reporter, "shooting flames out of her hands..." By 2013, there was no doubt in anyones mind that the event in 2012 was responsible for these...these, "monsters." These monsters became known as "Hybrids."

By 2014, the people that had aquired the special gifts became the targets of attacks and violent crimes. This in turn created a rebellion on there part. The government could not alow these, "monsters," to continue to corrupt and endanger the world. In the fall of that year, the government put into effect the, "Hybrid Removal Act." The act gave the military the right to seekout, retreave and imprison these people. Some beleived this to wrong, but more thought it to be nessesary and right. Mostly, normal people want to feel safe....

Right now there is a protest against the military in Grand Central Park in New York City. Flyers had been put up all over the city the previous day to gather protesters. The Hybrids in the city found out, as well as the local authoritys. The Military would surely show themselves, right? This is rally of the brave and the powerfull. Not for the weak and timid....

Who will take stand at this momentus event?


Ok, you know the story and the plot. Now here are the rules.

2) I would only like 4 people to join. If i think that we need more later then ill accept more bio's.

3) Have one promenent abilitie that makes you unique to the rest of the crew. Be creative!

4) The story will be very dynamic so hold on.

Name: Koroe Wildin
Age: 19
Height: 6'2
Weight: 160 ilbs fine toned.
Super Ability: Elemental Manipulation
Appearance: Koroe is decked out in blue jeans and white and black D*C shoes. He has a yellow Fitch hoodie. The Fitch word on the front was sky blue. He also had a green undershirt on. Koroe has a grey element rimed hat that he rocks to the right.
Personality: Koroe is a very blunt person that tells it how it is. He has a good sense of humor but can become serious quickly.
History: Koroe was a normal kid before 2012. He had just gotten his permit and was working on his licens when the astronomical anomiley hit the earth. It changed his life forever. He started to notice that he was gifted when he would get angry. Things would catch fire, tremors would shake the house, a cough would turn into a deadly attack. When he activly focused on manipulating fire, he found that it was very easy and felt very natural. When focusing on flying, or levitating himself, he found it to be difficult at first but became easier and easier the more he practiced. Koroe managed to master many other abilities also. But it took just one blow up to have his family shun him forever. He was sleeping in his bed upstares when he began to have nightmares about being captured by the military. He started to wrap himself in a meta-elemental cacoon, when he final awoke with a jump the energy was released. Destroying most of his house in the process. His family disowned him and he left his house with only a few posetions. A few weeks later, he saw a flyer for a protest in Grand Central Park the next day. He also saw authoritys ripping any fliers they could find into peices. Koroe knew he had nothing to lose and silently agreed to go to Grand Cental Park...

Name: Zurith Willow

Super Ability:werefox, super intelligence
Appearance: green eyes, black hair, weres a red shirt with a black zip up hoodie a pair of well fiting blue jeans.
Personality: Zurith is calm and collected he makes his moves by intellagence alone he is an exallent stratigist and has never lost a fight. Zurith can be cold because of the fact that he makes all of his decisions baced on logic.
History: Zuriths abillitys manifested three days after the cosmic event while he was in school he shifted into a large werefox and went on a rampage for a week before a group of hunters finally caught him and sent him to a recerch facility in N.Y.C. after a year of training he now has controll over the beast within him, but he is now being transported from the research fasillity to a military base to be imprizoned.

Appearance: Cyclone wears a black Jacket with a white shirt underneath, Blue jeans, with black sneakers.

Personality:He keeps to himself mostly, but speaks his mind if he feels the need to and never backs down from a fight.

History: Cyclone lived a normal life before the events of 2012, he had a job working for the goverement as a FBI agent until his family was voilently murder 3 months after the event. Since then he has been a free roamer. Wondering the United States. Along his journey, he descovered his power of shadow manuplating when running from the cops. He is wanted in every stat from coast to coast. He has been sightied sevral times, but never has been cought. His goal with his powers is to forge a new future for him and everyone like him. He is laying low in New york City, awaiting the start of the protest.

Name: Night S. Maere
Age: 17
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 134
Super Ability: Blood, simply put. Basically his body underwent a little mutation, his blood turned black and extremely deadly. He could control it as he wanted, which meant he could also control his own bones. he could have his blood exit his body without cutting himself, just go through his skin. The most interesting skill being that when it entered another person's blood stream it would multiply, attack and consume their blood. They would become his puppet, living or not.
Appearance: Tall and lean, usually wears dark concealing clthing such as dark blue jeans and a hoodie. He is pale with sky blue eyes and golden blonde hair with what seems like a permanent frown on his face. He has a few small scars, one on his cheek and a few larger ones on his chest. The only other thing that stands out is a tatto on his left shoulder, a black skull with writing surrounding it.
Personality: Quiet and calm. Generally doesn't speak much, not shy more of just anti-social. Though he will talk to people he knows well, such as his friends. Extremely hard to anger and very quick to calmdown. He is also very intelligent, he observes and thinks over many different things at once.
History: Orphan his father ditched his mother and she died in childbirth. He lived in an orphanage until around 2 when the place burned down and some guy just picked him up. From then on he lived in the criminal underworld, the man who picked him up taught him how to steal, pickpocket, cheat, scam, generally make money. Then at age 8 the man dropped him off with a group of people. He learned how to fight, how to kill, how to survive in the world he lived in. At age 14 he took became head of the group after the previous one passed it on to him and died. Not much changed after he gained his abilities except that his little group grew rich and became a large organization.

You're definitely in. I think ill wait until tomorrow. If no one else joins then we will begin.

Name: Garm Plasmal
Age: 22
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 200 lbs
Super Ability: Wolf Hybrid-Basically, a human with wolf ears and tail, possessing superhuman endurance, agility (which is more balance and reflexes and not speed), senses, and strength. Also has the ability to understand animals and speak to them.
Appearance: Black, medium length hair, black furred tail and ears, which replaces his normal ears and were positioned on top of his head. He has tanned skin, black sweat pants, black steel-toed boots, a sleeveless black shirt, he even has muscular arms and build, and a clean-shaven face. His bright blue eyes shine out like lights in the darkness of his appearance. He has a pair of black leather gloves, with little metal spikes on the knuckles, that he puts on when he needs to fight seriously.
Personality: Playful, kind, taunting, survivalist. Four words that can describe Garm somewhat well. Garm enjoys spending his days taunting the local gangs for every little mistake they make on the job. He's the kind to try and avoid a fight though, so gang leaders with a grudge against him usually fall into cop-ridden traps he set with bad information as the bait with a simple anonymous tip from a payphone. He's never messed with Night S. Maere's group before, but he has crossed paths with them before when they had goals that matched up a bit with his own personal targets.
Story: Garm grew up on the streets, living like a scavenger. Once the cosmic energy hit the planet, Garm was left stranded in a forgotten back alley buried behind additions and rubble from abandoned buildings. After a few days of horrible headaches and physical pain, he awoke with the ears and tail of a wolf and superhuman physical capabilities. Garm saw a massive opportunity and went on a small crime spree, even going against some gangs and working with others. Garm had almost no trouble dealing with all of it, since it was easier for someone with street connections and experience of life in the back alleys of New York. Recently, though he began to move against the government and is currently working alone in his endeavors. Garm intends to attend the rally in secret, suspecting a trap.

As Koroe walks toward Grand Central Park, with his hands in his pockets, he cant help but think about how the next hour is going to play out. Is there going to be hundreds of people like him there? All he knew was that he didnt want to continue hiding. If theres going to be a war, he was going to be on the only side that would help him.

Koroe neared the park. At first sight he saw large metal poles position around the entire park, with several rings around the base. The rings glowed a orange hue. He also noticed the armed guards that had taken up posts around the entire park. Great, this is going to be interesti-
He heard the screams of several people far off into the distance. Several of the armed guards put there hands up to their ears to listen to there head sets. And a moment later they took off in the direction of the screams. Koroe kept calm and slowly began walking toward the park again. Keeping an eye on the guards that hadnt left, and the glowing rods. The closer he got, the more he relised that there didnt seem to be anyone in the park that he could see. Wasnt there suppose to be a protest against the government? Where in the heck was everyone.
Koroe was now directly across the street from the park. He kept pace with the rest of the people that were walking by him, as to not give any hint that hes a Hybrid. With a deep breath, he turned to walk across the street, ready to fight anyone who steped between him and what might be a better life.
Suddenly a hand grabs Koroes shoulder. He turns to look a for a moment everything goes black. He cant move, thinking becomes difficult, and so does breathing. In an instant his vision returns. Koroe is looking down at Grand Central Park from atop a 30 story building. Next to him is a women in a black trench coat. She wore a black fedora and black satin pants. She had no shoes on. Her skin was an olive tone and she wore bright orange lipstick.

"Watch. " She pointed towards the ground. Koroe saw a girl fighting with the guards. There bullets seemed to have no effect on her. She was fighting them in hand to hand combat and actually doing really good. One by one the guards fell. Koroe thought that she was going to get pass the guards and into the park.
At last, the last guard within her vicinity fell, and she ran towards the park. As she neared the park, the two closests metal poles began to glow incredibly bright. With a flash, a bolt of orange lightning lept from each of the poles, striking the girl, turning her into a pile a dust.

"What...what happend to....." Koroe didnt know what to think. How could anyone get pass those things?

"No one is suppose to get pass those things. " She said flatly.

"Then what about the protest?!" Koroe yelled.
"There is no protest. This is just another one of the governments plans to eliminate us. " She slowly began to pace near the edge of the building. "But theyve gone to far this time. If they want to play a game of cat and mouse, they will surely lose. "

Koroe quickly gained his wits back and question the women. "So how exactly did i get from down there, to up here?"

The women stopped pacing. She turned to look at Koroe and laughed. "I have a couple different abilities. One of them being able to teleport anywhere with a 5 mile radius. " She walked over to him and put her face in his. "Another is the ability to sense powerful Hybrids. " She walked behind him and rubbed his shoulders. She put her head next to his and whispered; "you my dear, are a Class A Hybrid . Although i doubt you relise your potential at the moment. "

Koroe moved and pushed her hands away. "Listen lady, i dont even know you, and you dont know me. So why help me out. Why not let me fry like you let that girl down there?"

"Because my dear boy, you are special. " The women looked up at the sky. "There is a great change coming child. We are going to need all the help we can get if we are to turn the tide of this war. " She looked towards Koroe once again. Only this time her expression was serious, and stern. "I was sent to this outpost to gather powerful Hybrids. The government thinks that what there doing here is helping to decrease our population. And, in a sense, it is. But they are also helping us out as well. They are basically funneling Hybrids to this location, allowing the search for powerful people to go by even quicker. "

"I understand." Although Koroe thought this method of aquireing powerful Hybrids was crude, he had to admit, it was effective. Using the governments ploy to destroy us to help there cause. And so effectively? This women and the people she works for are pretty smart. "So what do we do now."
She smiled. "So your on board? "
"Correct."
"Good. Then you get to meet the crew. " She extended her hand towards Koroe. A black thick mist began to swirl around his feet. Slowly it climbed up his body. "Im transporting you to our base of operations. By the way... " The mist had almost envoloped his entire body. "...watch out for Argon. Chow. " And then last thing Koroe seen was the women giving him a wicked smile.

Koroe wakes up with a horrible headache. He looks around and he sees several people on the ground next to him. Some of the people are beginning to stir. Upon closer examination of the surrounding area, he relised he is in the middle of a colloseum. On ground level. Its a dark place with little light. The ceiling had a huge circular disc shaped hole right in the center.

"W-where am i....?"

(( So basically just incorporate in your own words your encounter with the mysterious women. Make her personality somewhat match up with how i described her. But at the end you have to end up being teleported to the same location as Koroe.))

Zurith is curently being transported in an armored vehical to be executed,but he has other plans.He shifts breaking the restraints they have him in and breaks the back door off of the vehical open jumping out on to the street just outside grand central park. He turns to head into the park but notices the larg metal poles and nowing what they do he turns to head a diffrent way but he feels a hand on his shoulder then every thing goes black and he is standing in a coloseum.

Cyclone hides in an ally way with a ciggrete in is mouth as he watches a young girl fry by the ornge lighting. "So this is how they want to play it.." He says to himself as he slowly emerges from the ally. Shadow ropes emerges from him as he tries to grab the rods.

Lightening strikes at the ropes, stopping them dead. "It won't work..." He ehars amestryious voice as a hand touches his shoulder and before he can react, he finds himself on top of a building over looking the park. "What the heck just happened?" Cyclone proclaims as he looks around and he relizes there is woman standing behind him.

"Now, now don't get to hasty, its a long fall.." She says flatly as she sees Cyclone balling up his fist.
"What go you want with me?" Cyclone demands as he steps back from the edge of the building, towards her.

"You have benn chosen to be part of something mush bigger then this mock protest. Away to turn the tides of war in our favor. The choice is yours in the end.." She replies with no emtion.
"Away to trun the tide.... I am in. I will do whatever it takes to end this!!" Cyclone proclaims as he smiles.

"good..." Without another word, black smoke evelopes Cyclone and when he awakes later, he finds himself in the collesum, a look of surprise on his face as he looks around. "It looks like I ant in Kansas anymore.." He says to himself with a small laugh.

He heard her before everything went dark. Caught a good strong wiff of her scent too. Then after a short time in the suffocating darkness that he'd heard others experience several times in the past few minutes, he was atop the 30 story building opposite the one he'd been observing the protest trap from. On the opposite side of Grand Central Park.
"So, you finally came to get me too, eh?"
The woman laughed a little bit at that.
"You seem rather calm and collected. I take it you...heard me, speaking to the others, correct?"
Garm shakes his head, though finds that the air on the roof is filled with several different scents. He takes them in, filling them away in his memory.
"The wind and the screaming kinda drowned you out. Though I can guess it's about going against the government, right? If that's what this is, I'm in. The Apple's been getting a bit boring lately. I think some new scenery might do me good. Though I have to say, I'll miss the New York stench. I've grown...rather fond of it, you see. So, what are we waiting for? Send me on through."
The woman smiled at Garm's enthusiasm.
"Very well. Good luck, city wolf."
When the darkness faded around him, Garm breathed in the scents in the air around him, recognizing quite a few from the rooftop. He took a look around the coliseum only to spot Koroe, Cyclone, and Zurith in particular.
Smoke, the scent of metal and a fox...escaped prisoner maybe, and then...that guy. I've seen him around NYC a lot lately.
Garm smiled. This looked like fun to him.

He had been walking down the street and slowly making his way towards the guards but he was cut short, which he had expected, by a woman who transported him to atop a building. He looks over the edge and then onwards to where in the distance he could see the guards still.

"Not very polite to just snatch people like that..."
"You would have gotten yourself killed if I hadn't done so." The woman was looking at him wierdly.
"No I do not think so. I am not an idiot enough to walk through the poles. All I was gonna do is get rid of as many guards as I could before leaving... whatcha want with me?"
"An offer. Join the cause to fight against the government."
"I already do that..."
"... You do? Your a powerful Hybrid, I can sense it."
"Hmph... alright i will join your cause too."

Night let her teleport him, he arrived at the colleseum just like those before him. He stood up and looked around, they didn't look like much. He looked at each one of them, his frown growing larger each time until he landed on the wolfish boy. His face got more serious, he recongnized him from somewhere.

Garm's nose detected another familiar scent.
Uh-oh. Blood. Night's blood. Not good.
"Hey, Night S. Maere, right? Funny running into you here. You...remember me right? Your old pal Garm...you do remember me, right? Ehehehehe..."
Garm wasn't sure how high Night's opinion of him was after their last meeting several months ago. Garm had accidentally led Night and his top subordinates into one of his net traps when they started pursuing him for some reason, and for the sake of his own health, he'd left them hanging there until Night promised not to attack him in revenge for the accident.

Koroe hears the echo of clapping ring throughout the colloseum. A spot in the stands begins to illuminate increadibly bright. The light begins to move. Getting closer and closer to the arena. As the light nears the arena grounds, it disipates quickly. After the light diminishes, a man 6 ft 4 in. with a glowing warhammer is standing where the bright light was.

"I see Ashra found some interesting people for our cause. " The man smashes the warhammer into the ground with blurring speed and the shockwave popped everyone up to there feet. Even the sleeping ones.

"Now as you all know, our casuse is simple. Destroy who would destroy us. Any questions? "

"Yeah I got one, where do I get a hammer like that?" Cyclone asks as he stares at the man with a small grin. He pulls out a cigar and lights it, hitting it slowly.

"I got a Question what is the coluseum for and who are you?" Zurith asks the man with the large warhammer. Zurith shifts back to his human form at this time.

The man chuckles. "You can't simply aquire this kind of weapon. You must earn it through hardship and dedication. By the way, the names Vendrix. But you can just call me Ven. "

Vendrix waves the hand that isnt hold the Hammer. In an instant a construct of a elaborate throne seat appears behind him. And he casually sits in it. "Now, why dont we get better aquainted with each other. Im going to tell you about my mutational abilities, and then you tell me yours. Ok?! " Ven said with a sarcastic smile.

He put his hand on his chest. "I, am Ven, and i can manipulate and bend light itself. " A rediculous smile spread across his face. "I can also give this visual ability form and permanence. Creating a construct of pure energy. "

Ven began clapping hastely. "Good job Ven! " He said talking to himself. "Thats about the jist of what i can do folks. Now, " he began to scan the area with his eyes. ",who wants to go next? "

Cyclone gives a small laugh. "My name is Cyclone Walker." He holds up his hand in front of him and a black wavy ball apears in his hand.

"And I guess you could say I am your oppiste ven, I can manipulate the shadows. Although I am astill learning the ropes with my powers..."

"I'll go next." Zurith says, he then steps infront of Ven. "I am Zurith my abilitys are as follows, i can shift into a fox-human hybrid." he then demonstraits this and reverts to his human form once again. "As well, I have super intelligence, my IQ is 175." Zurith then steps back for the next indavidgual to step up.

Garm steps forward and one of his ears twitches a little, somewhat like a real wolf or dog's ear might.
"Garm Plasmal. As you can see, I am a wolf-human hybrid, though I'm a bit different from Zurith. I don't change forms or anything. I do have superhuman strength, senses, endurance, and agility...balance and reflexes, you know, those kinds of things. I can also speak to and understand animals. Personally, I think I'm pretty good at setting up traps and gathering intel too, but I'm not as smart as Zurith apparently is."
I'm plenty clever though.
Garm says that last part carefully, stepping well away from Night and Zurith when he steps back, wary of the blood running in the gang leader's veins. He'd witnessed what Night can do several times already, and he wasn't keen to see if it would work on him too. Nor was he interested in provoking Zurith too much. But he just couldn't help but poke fun at others sometimes.
