It's a modified Sniper Rifle. You can get it at an abandoned shack North of Jalbert Brothers Scrapyard. (NOTE: The area outside the abandoned shack is a Super Mutant Outpost) The rifle is inside a locker in the shack. You need either a lockpick skill of at least 100 or have Dogmeat get it.

They were sitting in a pile next to it! How could you miss them? There's also like five on the BoS soldier in the GNR plaza, and you really only need 2 to kill the Behemoth, so there's your eight.

I got the Victory Rifle, I just don't use it much. I prefer to get up close and personal with my Xuanlong Assault Rifle and Terrible Shotgun.

I got the reservist's rifle but i haven't gotten the victory rifle yet.

Alright, I'll give you better directions then. Go to Rockbreaker's Last Gas, and look West from there. You should see a large hill with a tin shack on the top of it. Climb the hill and go into the shack. Inside are a couple of Radroaches in a cage, just ignore them. Besides, they have cool names. Anyways, Look in the cabinet that needs 100 lockpick to open. If you don't have 100 lockpick, Have Dogmeat with you and ask him to look for Weapons. He'll break into the cabinet for you and get the rifle. The victory rifle often knocks enemies down when you sneak attack them from afar. Only does one more point of damage than reservist rifle when fully repair and has bigger clip.

I usually always use the Gauss Rifle, Jingwei's Shock Sword, or a Laser/Plasma Rifle.

This proves that I need to actually look for some unique weapons. (Namely the Eugene Minigun and Burnmaster Flamer)

If you find the flamer, could you give me the location?

According to sources, the Burnmaster Flamer is located in the Franklin Metro Utility in Falls Church/Mason Dst Metro. There's a bit of radiation you have to go through along the way. So make sure you have some Rad-X and RadAway with you.

i like the one shot one kill type weapons, i like the lincoln repeater until i run out of ammo, then i go to ol'painless [ from the republic of dave ] and then the reservist or victory rifle.

How much radiation?

I have no idea. If I were to guess, I would say about no more than 16 rad/sec.

I forgot. My favorite custom made weapon is the Railway Rifle because its cool. It uses rails as its ammo and it can pin bodyparts. That's like the best custom made weapon. I think the Rock-It Launcher would be next.

I dont like the rock-it launcher because i have to carry a bunch of otherwise useless junk and most of the time i get over encumbered, which is why i like the dart gun more

My brother loves the Rock-It Launcher. Namely when he launched a cooking pot at a Bloatfly, killing it instantly.

With the Rock-it Launcher, I once launched a Chess Board at Tempenny, and cut off his head. It was rather hilarious.
