If you're in the sanctuary listen for pattering water and you'll find a pool of blood with Vengeance in it.

This might help.
Vengeance I believe is located somewhere around the arrow. (I wouldn't know exactly, I haven't been to the sanctuary yet)

I heard that it's either at the end of a tunnel next to a body, or in a pool of blood. (In the pool of blood near some Enclave soldiers is either Vengence or Jack, the unique Ripper. Get it? Jack the Ripper?)

I get it and I now know where it is so thanks guys. Also the Board of Education is another one of those pun named unique weapons. (if you don't know, it's the unique weapon for the Nail Board.)

No one wants it. The Chinese Pistol is bad, the only thing that the unique one has going for it is fire damage.

On a couple of my characters, I have the Alien Blaster. I have Ol' Painless, Lincoln's Repeater, The Victory Rifle (One character), the Reaservist's Rifle (One character), Stabhappy (One character), Like a million copies of Sydney's 10mm "ultra" SMG, Col. Autumn's Laser Pistol (One Character), Eugene (Two or three characters), the Miss Launcher (One character), the Blackhawk (One character), A3-21's Plasma Rifle, Ant's Sting (One character), and a few others.

I found the pistol, but just for fun. I have all those weapons except Stabhappy, A3-21 Plasma Rifle, and Colonel Autumn's Laser Pistol.
