thanks for the advice, just a few questions/comments:
for miltank: change body slam for retreat? what's retreat? do you mean return? i was going for the added par support, although i'm not sure how much that would help, considering jolt, jump and zam already have par...
and for jolty, i was paraflinchfusioning, which is why i have bite :p
and t-tar, i can't think of any other physical move that would be useful to him, because eq and/or rock slide is at least x1 on every poke and return and iron tail would be weaker than either of them in pretty much any situation....and 95 sp. atk. is quite strong, crunch gets stab and fire blast gets skarm >_<
but whatever. you probably know more about what you're talking about than me ^_^ i'll consider the tips....

but i dont think youll need to paralyze with snorlax, snorlax is slow for a reason probably so you probably wont need to make him faster than the opponent
joteon, no, bites really crap, anything but bite, use another fliching attack if you really wont to flinch...
t-tr, you wont need stab for crunch, you can do much better...dont worry about scarmory, vry rarely do i ever see an opponent with scarmory, and if you do you can just bench him

Houndoom- nice

Kingdra- You can keep Agility if you want, but I think Kingdra's fast enough.
Ampharos- It's pretty slow, you can keep it or change for a faster electric Pokemon. Ampharos's attacks are fine though.
Alakazam-good
Snorlax- Give it its Rest/Snore combo. Remove Shadow Ball/Selfdestruct.

thanks for the info. what should i replace agility with? Whats a better electric pkmn and could u give me a moveset for it. HP bug means Hidden Power and bug is the type.

and jolteon has a nice amount of moveset variety... t-bolt/hp fire/rest/talk (essentially amphy's current ms) wouldn't be one of the better ones ^_^
you want cross chop on machamp.
you're lacking a pseudo-/hazer and a heal beller. again, i haven't played in a long time, and i don't know the current importance of these things, but.....

Oh, okay. I'm not a huge expert on Hidden Power. Jolteon would be a good Pokemon, and so would Electabuzz and Raikou. You can replace Agility with almost any good TM you want.

y cross chop? submission does just as much damage when ur pkmn is at lv. 100, it has more pp, and it is more accurate.

No Arcanine can not lean earthquake I tried I have on at level 50.
