first don't have 2 attacking moves of the same type its just a waste of a moveslot

gyrados: remove him. u already have suicune. put in a rock or ground type that knows earthquake

suicune: remove bubblebeam and aurora beam

arcanine: remove flame wheel

butterfree: teach him psychic over psybeam if he can learn it and remove solarbeam

togetic: remove him for mabye a fighting type like machamp

houndoom: give him the sunnyday/solarbeam/fire combo and teach him crunch

i would remove arcanine for someone else as you already have houndoom

overall 6/10

Ok I see why Gyarados needs to be removed he is vary hard to train after a wihle have any sujestions of other pokemon to put in his place and for Togetic I was going to replce it with Ho-oh after I catch Raikou I ran to him 5 times he just keeps running away and he is down to 1 hp.Do you think it would be a good idea?

coreyjm13, please only post once, if you want to add something edit your last post, and if you want to talk to more than one person, put there names at the top like i did your name...
people arent on 24/7 either, so sometimes you have to wait for a reply for a day, you have to remember that some people come from the other side of the world and are sleeping why you are waiting for a reply and 'spamming'...dont do it again

now as for your team...

gyarados, remove hydro pump and change zap cannon for thunder bolt

suicune, remove bubble beam and aurora beam

arcanine, remove bite and flame wheel

butterfree, better not having solar beam, maybe teach him confuse ray
and psychic is better than psybeam

togetic and hounddoom, i cant really rate, then have a long way to go and many changes will be made before they reach level 100

here are some tips that may help you out...

First tip: Having two moves that do the same thing on your pokemon is generally a bad idea. Examples: Surf and Hydro Pump. Fire Blast and Flamethrower. Frenzy Plant and Razor Leaf. Hydro Cannon and Water pulse. Return and Body Slam.

Second tip: Dont just make whatever moveset you think is good, look at your pokemon's stats before you decide on a move. If a pokemon has a very high attack and a very low special attack (machamp for example), dont give it special moves like thunderpunch and flamethrower. Blastoise may be weak to electric, but that does not mean that putting earthquake on it is a good idea.

Third tip: In almost every case, items which boost a certain move type (magnet, nevermeltice, charcoal) are worthless.

Fourth tip: On an attacking pokemon, it's usually a good idea to have at least one move that is the same as the pokemon's type. This is because when the pokemon and it's move are the same type then that move gets a STAB (same type attack boost) bonus of 50%. A Dugtrio's Earthquake has the same power as an Aggron's Hyper Beam.

Fifth tip: Despite what some people say, and even if you dont see the effects immidiately, stat boosting moves are actually very good. One Swords Dance can give Heracross the power to OHKO nearly anything with the right attack.

Sixth tip: Remember that status effects dont just stop/hurt your opponent. Paralasis slows even the fastest pokemon to a crawl, and burn lowers a pokemon's attack.

Seventh tip: A pokemon does not need to have offensive moves to be useful. Umbreon with Toxic, Mean Look, Rest, and Confuse ray can destroy a pokemon just as readily as Houndoom or Machamp.

and by the way, if yu think training your pokemon is hard at level 50, your in deep trouble...and ho-oh is high experienced another words, hes gonna take longer to train than your machamp, even if he starts at level 60

machamp was only a suggestion u don't have to use him. earthquake is alot better that dig. dig is a 2 turn move giving your opponent time to switch to a pokemon that is resistant to your pkmn. earthquake does more damage over 2 turns. you can use fire blast if u want but i would go with flamethrower. Ho-oh is considered super legendary along with mewtwo and lugia and they are therfore banned in most human battles so if u plan to use ho-oh i would have another pkmn to use if u plan to fight other people.

does anybody know a good moveset for zapdos and arcanine?

ah...telling you a moveset would be cheating...it wouldnt be your pokemon...
anyways, if you dont know a good moveset then dont train it up
its just like when i trained up unbreon, went to level 100, then realised i have no idea what to do with him, so i wasted my time...

gyarados - lose him. he's no good in gsc. machamp would be a suitable replacement, maybe lax.

suicune - lose bubblebeam and aurora beam, and possibly (not necessarily) surf or ice beam. mirror move, haze and rest are good moves to put on suicune. sui's defensive, take advantage of it Smile

canine - not very good...lose flame wheel, replace with curse? though that would kind of ruin bite. bite could be replaced with hp something, or....i don't know. arcanine's ms sucks :(

butterfree - weak...sleep powder, maybe add stun spore if opponents play with sleep clause? free's not very good, you ought to replace.

togy - no good. the ms isn't any good either, togy just ends up getting crushed...replace. someone suggested rhydon, who isn't too bad, but just for type safety i'd opt for donphan or wak.

houndoom - yeah, the standard is sunny day, solarbeam, fire blast and pursuit/crunch. you can come up with a more original set if you want, too. houndoom is good but frail - just try to kill as much as possible with him before he goes down.

gyara - sucks
suicune - owns, use defensive moves
arc - sucks
free - sucks
togy - sucks
houndoom - good offensively

since four of them are not very good, you might ask for replacements. here are some of my recommendations

phan - is sexier than wak ;)
cune
champ
tank/bliss
someone good against champ - zam maybe?
houndoom

don't necessarily go with them. make original choices - that will make you more unpredictable than if you use the standards.

whatever, i suck :p
