It looks good just from looking at it, but what is HP Fire on Metagross for? Unfortunately I didn't bother with EVs, judging from BPL I think you're fine with those.

you don't do EV's? I spent a whole YEAR working on those. They help if you aren't satisfied with a stat ( Don't use HP Ups though: They screw it up. I'm not acting like Shichiro's a moron, I'm talking to ppl in general. )

Regice- is tis NB or in game? In game it's fine, but maybe change the Pokemon? If it's NB you HAVE to change it. It's just uber......
Mence- If your gonna bother with Mence, make im a Phys. sweeper. Put EV's into Attack. Prbbly full EV's (252) and it'll just kick you opponents sorry asse.
Meta- Metagross is gai and fails.
Forretress. Metagross' Sp. Def is Feesable, so but 252 EV's in Defense, so it wont get raped by a Fire type, like Houndoom, and Camerupt.
Blisseh- (Lol slut) holy crap that moveset rapes. The EV's.... Why bother putting EV's into Blissey? It's a waste. If you see anybody who could POSSIBLY use a Physical Attk, switch out.
Vaporeon- Id use this EV set.... S. Def-- 74, Def 252, (Don't waste those EV's in HP. Vapereon already owns things enough, so as long as you have full in Defense, you should only need like 40 or so in HP.) Then put 120 in Sp. Attk. Rest goes in Speed.
