? Lucario is no longer counted as legendary that I have heard so far.
? Palkia and Dialga are the confrimed english names of Parukia and Diaruga, don't like then give `em a nickname once you catch them in Pearl or Diamond.
? Bippa is confrimed as number(#)399, Check out Serebii for more information.
? The 8 gym leaders have been released, again check out the data on Serebii.

Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl are for the Nintendo DS.

Game Summary
The game will take place in the new region of Shino, and the starter town will be Futaba Town. A whole new set of Pokemon will be introduced in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. You'll be able to trade your Pokemon from the GBA Games (Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon FireRed, Pokemon LeafGreen and Pokemon Emerald) to Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl.

Features

The Two Legendary Pokemon

Pokemon Diamond is represented by Diaruga (with the power over space), and Pokemon Pearl is represented by Parukia (with the power over time).

Wi-Fi Features - Online Battling and Online Trading

Online battling and online trading will be available in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl via the DS Wi-Fi connection. It will also have online voice chat. The Wi-Fi features can be accessed through the lower level of a Pokemon Center.

Well it is hard to come up with a regions looks, I have tried making a region by myself before and it ain't a walk in the park.

Yea, They planned this game since like 2005.... Anyways theu have re-added the Dark and Night feature.

It was in Gold, Silver and Crystal.... Also the fact that there is a rumor they might be adding in the old regions... Don't hold your breathe, ND's friend told him and he told the people in the Diamond forum.
