DS remake of Ruby?

And, if they would remake them, it would probably have to be sometime after Diamond and Pearl, so now wouldn't be a good time.

It just depends what Game Freak CO. is doing.

I really though they would make a third FR/LG this year and call it "AquaBlue" or something, but they didn't.

Whereas a remake of G/S would be a much better idea as like N_D has already said, they are older. They were also made Nintendo the highest profit out of any games in the opening weekend in Japan until the opening weekend of D/P which soared above it. So a remake would give them a higher profit, and I would also prefer it as I would finally be able to play a Jhoto game.

You're right, Nintendo's and Game Freak's pok�mon game ideas are rapidly declining.

I would advise you search the cabinets of your videogames store Ben, Gold and Silver are still seen here and there, at least I see them in Wales sometimes. Crystal is a lot rarer though, and I payed about �25 to get one last Summer. It was in its box though. Well worth it. Best pok�mon game ever made for sure. I also payed �15 for Yellow, which is also great (and also quite challenging).

The Johto games were the best pok�mon games for sure.

I haven't seen a Gold or Silver cartridge in a shop for ages, I guess I'll try get a second hand one.

But yes, these remakes are pretty much a sure thing, they will all happen when Nintendo are in a serious slump

How about Sun and Moon? It makes sense. Ho-Oh is like a sun soaring high and Lugia is water-ish and the moon controls the tides, according to the lectures one of my Geography teachers told the class.

Yeah, but I wasn't including the term Gold and Silver in the names. I meant just Pok�mon Sun and Pok�mon Moon.

Then it's likely people would have no clue they're remakes.

But if Lugia and Ho-Oh were on the covers they should be able to guess.

I suppose, but this is only if a remade of G/S is made. It really wouldn't be necessary because the Sevii Islands in FR/LG and the new extensions in the Safari Zone in Emerald really cover the Johto pokemon, but GameFreak may remake them just to make extra $$$.

So? Due to the release of Diamond and Pearl they should include the new moves in the remakes, like they did with Fire Red and Leaf Green.

I agree, and maybe they should tens up on names for the games too; Using gem stones is really getting old. Along with using color codes such as Silver, Red, Green, Blue and etc.

I really think they should start making them with killer names such as;

Pokemon: The Last Darkness
Pokemon: The Last Lightness

Lol, comment about that if you want, I couldn't think of any other names.

Of course but the chances of them remaking Jhoto the way it was before is 1 in a million, if they recreate it I really think they would cut out the Kanto half, If not --- Their going to be enhancing alot and in which that said meaning it will take them about how long its taking Diamond and Pearl, cause we know it would be remade on the Nintendo DS.
