Nice Pokemon choice. Except lose Gyrados for an electric Pokemon.
Typhlosion- I like
Lugia- Get rid of Fly.
Alakazam- Good, but Psybeam is optional
Suicune- Icy wind out- ice beam, bubblebeam- surf
steelix- Dont use it much, so you're gonna need that from someone else
props to pokemonruler for the sweet sig and avatar

alright here is my current team.
lv 50 snorlax(leftovers)- psychic, shadow ball, body slam, zap cannon.
lv 53 entei(charcoal)- solarbeam, sunny day, strength, flamethrower.
lv 59 feraligetr(leftovers)- strength, ice punch, earthquake, surf.
that is it so far, and i have 10 badges.
one more thing. the dratini i got from the dragon guy after the 8th gym did not know extremespeed! is that cheap or what? i think i am gonna train it anyway. plz tell how to improve my current team. thanks.

feraligater is better with slash then strength and you only need one pokemon with strength snorlax teach it belly drum rest snore and keep body slam that move set never let me down

Lugia: Dump Fly for Aeroblast (if you can get it) or Shadow Ball if you can't. Go with Surf or Ice Beam instead of Hydro Pump too.
Alakazam: Dump off Psychic (won't be better than Psybeam when he's lvl. 100) for Thunder Punch.
Suicune: When availiable, this is the moveset I want to see on it. You will find it very usefull in the Battle Tower:

Return or Toxic
Mirror Coat
Gyarados:
Do Dragon Breath an' Thunder Bolt instead of Thrash an' Hydro Pump. Also put on Ice Beam for Dragon Rage.
Steelix: Earthquake, Rock Slide, an' Return all instead of everythin'. Keep Iron Tail though.
Yes it is a work in progress but it can be better once you advance in the game a bit more an' get the ability to afford all this stuff.

its an ok team for the beging of the game i suggest getting rid of lugia you only need one phychic poke and put in a pure flying type

Well, If I were you, I would at least fill up your party. Even if they're not good, you can still train them

ok thanks and btw my hole team is the same just all level 100 and a houndoom with solar beam is really good bye bye damn water pokemon
