Should I catch bellsprout or Mareep? And what psychic pokemon should I get later on? Thanks.

its not stupid its very probable you just have to do what it says in the post. ps i know it seems unbelivavle but with gameshark and certain code combos you can morph reality!

You enjoy legendaries huh?

Lugia- Guess it's okay.
Ho-oh- You don't need all three fire moves. Take advantage of it's capability of TM's.
Suicune- Lose hydro pump, and AuroraBeam. Not sure for what though. Mirror Coat, if possible.
Electobuzz- All electric attacks? Doesn't is learn some fighting moves, or anything else.
Celebi- Sunny Day maybe.
Typhlosion- Thunderpunch

Lugia: Needs Recover an' Psychic. Dump Surf and Thunderbolt.
Ho-oh: Dangit all the fire! Thunderbolt and Shadow Ball instead of Fire Blast an' your pick.
Suicune: Mirror Coat, Return, Hydro Pump an' Ice Beam are good.
Electabuzz: Don't know but you need to dump a few electric moves. He should have 2 at the most.
Celebi: Don't know much for him either. Try Shadow Ball. Great counter for other Psychic monsters.
Typhlosion: Instead of Flame Wheel go with Thunder Punch. Then have Return or Sludge Bomb if he can do SB.
