Well, basically, you can know the theme ahead of time, and you can always ask one of the Graphics & Artwork Moderators ahead of time what the theme will be, in the event that they're going to be sick, absent, etc. for one reason or another.

And just so you all know, according to someone on PR (I forgot their username), I range from low novice to low mod in six of (what I thought were) my best tags. 
edit- It was Celestial Sanctuary who classed me.
edit again- amanda basically told me that my four older tags were high novice and that my new tag (plus three other newer tags) were low-solid mod (overall). So while she didn't disagree with what Celestial Sanctuary said, she kinda went on.
it's an ego boost, admittedly, but someone else agreed... Kinda makes me feel like I actually did improve, even just a little.
