I find the diamond while leading an expedition in the Amazon jungle, then take the diamond and put it into a bullerproof, acid-proof, magic-proof (sorry, CW) and everything-else-proof safe that has a special lock that can only be opened my thumbprint and voice.

You are unable to break into the safe so while you go to find a way in, I use a Wraithform spell to enter the safe. I return to corporeal form, take the diamond, then easily open the safe door from the inside. I hide the diamond in the back of the freezer among the ice cubes so nobody can tell.

I use my magic to easily locate the diamond. I then put it into an invisible pocket that only I can see or open.

I make the Hulk throw up and reclaim the pocket. I then send the pocket, with the diamond still in it, into a 32-fold dimension cross-rip. Have fun getting it.

You can't destroy the rift, any weapon you use would go through each fold and out the other side. The same would happen to you if you tried to enter, but the the rift was folded around the diamond, it is safe in the center.

According to what CW said, entering the rift would just take you through the other side, bypassing the diamond completely.
I unfold the rift and take the diamond, then hide it in a Snuvv. Until you know what a Snuvv is, you can't get the diamond out of it.

I assassinate the Once-ler, take his glove, and then open the Snuvv and take the diamond from it. I then give it to my wraith, and he will drain the life out of anyone but me who tries to take the diamond.

I hack into the game program and take the diamond. I then convert the diamond into digital data and encrypt it where you would need level 9 access to my system, and the encryption files are also so encrypted even Penelope Garcia couldn't get into them.
