Yes, that's what I've sensed in what he said before. He said that he had decided on whom he would like to promote, but he just has to work with that. I don't know what on earth is taking him so long, however.

I never knew he already had the Mod positions set... Well, I guess that means I'm not getting a position after all. I'm sure he recognized my inability to cope with LB and Nitra, but I have improved a great deal now about that. But I have improved too late... (*scoffs*)

I think Nitra is going to be one of the mods, Rich knows him and made him Supervisor at GU so what would happen if he became mod?

To be a mod I think you need a lot of submission.....ahem.
Anyway Crossy will have a position definately,the next best chances are AS and DSP.I'll be surprised if I get a position because a lot of people dont seem to like me here.

To be a mod probably takes the following:
A lot of submissions (oh well, that's me off the list!)
No real offences of spamming, flaming, cussing etc. and of course
Rich's trust (probably the most important factor!)

yeah it should just depend on the qulity of submissions you've produced. whether you've flamed bleh stuff like that. you may have to be here for a while so you know how stuff works... but that may not work, becuase i'd beat out about 90% of people on the forums, when i only really check out the pokemon game forums.
