Blastoise lvl 42 water pulse mega punch bite and Rain dance

Jolteon lvl 43 Shock wave secret power Thunder bolt and quick attack
Fearow lvl 43 Drill peck Fly Peck and Mirror move
he only has 4 badges so is this good or not?

charizard- try to give it more special attacks, its special attack power is far greater than its physical. but since he only has four badges, its pretty good.
blastoise and venusaur are fine, just for venasuar, replace vine whip with colarbeam, if he can acquire it yet, otherwise leave it.
replace psybeam with hidden power for kadabra, if he can manage to get a special type.
i can't crtiticize anything else, becuase i don't what kinds of tm's he has acess to and other stuff like that. but for only 4 badges, his team is excellent. my team at that time looked more like this: Charizard Level 69, everyone else, hm slaves, weak hm slaves.

anywho, any feedback you can give him about his team is great, he's up to vermillion so far, on S.S.ANNE. trying to get cut (the HM), but he's already battled with a lot of my weaker experimental teams through link... so... hey wait a minute i forgot to list his movesets

You can get him but getting ruby and sapphire gems and beaten the E4 twice but you gotta wait a while to get 1.

if you want to link battle your friends = maybe
if you want to net battle = defenately
your team has potential, look at their stats and take advantage of their strengths and teach a moveset according to that, remembering STAB is good but don't flood a moveset with too much of it... it might be useless if your pokemon has lame SP.ATK ...

mewtwo ... erm... well i don't know what your secret power attribute is... but megakick is stupid on mewtwo
zapdos is nice, but why have fly when you have drill peck? get thunderbolt

pidgeot should be changed to another pokemon, if you ever have pidgeot in a team it's for featherdancing... but it's not worth it
