i suppose dragon rage is a very good idea, all you need is fast pokemon to use it...

You bet! Aerodactyl's a great choice when it comes to DR! It's a fast one in the lvl. 10 Tower, IMHO. You should try that method youself. Add Arcanine and Dragonair in the mix, but get Aerodactyl up first! ^___^

Not bad but you need to work on the Raikou some more. Celebi is a crap monster so he should be cut totally.
Tyranitar: You meant Thrash right? Either way, cut it for Iron Tail or Return.
Ho-oh: Too many fire moves. Cut fire Blast for Thunderbolt maybe, an' Safe Guard for somethin'.
Lugia: Why risk not hitting with Zap Cannon? It looks cool, I know but it's just not up to scratch. Shadow Ball would be better.
The Raikou will get better soon.

Give it one of them par. heal beries too.

Mirror Coat (bye bye to anythin' daring to hit you with Thunder or Grass)

Rate? 4/10. You've got the classic moves that don't go well with the monster but they look cool.

Tyranitar- I assumed you bred for Fissure and Mega Punch, and Stomp. It's rock too, rock slide is good for it. And Crunch. The last attack is your choice.
Zapdos- Too many electric attacks. Fly is useless.
Mantine- Shiny, nice. Again, all water attacks.
