Minnesota are just as erratic as Pittsburgh, on paper when you look at the players and their individual stats the Vikings look like a Championship team, unfotunately when you realise it's Kirk Cousins leading them you know they can't win against the top teams. Why the Redskins let him go.
The Supercheats tipping competition is going to come down to the wire, only 5 points separates the top from bottom. Warrior13 is steadily making up ground going from several points adrift of the pack to second place and striking distance of Matt who leads.
Looks like Dallas don't have a running attack against Washington, Elliott and Pollard are both out and Prescott's record against teams where be has to carry the load is pitiful.
Washington don't have Logan the tight end or Sweat who has Covid. Dallas have never defeated the Washington Football Team who play at home.
I'm struggling with this game, my head tells me Dallas have too many weapons but my heart tells me the defence will pressure Prescott into making mistakes as he can't rely on his third string running back.
Man, I didn't realise Washington had lost Chase Young to an ACL injury. That could be huge for his career. Many players come back from ACLs and can't recapture their previous form. It makes it even more impressive that Washington have had this winning streak.
When making my picks I didn't think twice about tipping Dallas. But you make a good case for Washington. Dallas will be pass-heavy, and Washington will know that and target him. On the tipping website 31% of people have tipped Washington.
Interestingly enough, Washington & Dallas play 2 weeks after Sunday's contest.

All valid points for Washington. It's worth noting however that they also have the worst pass defense in the league in terms of yards given up. But they have a great run defense and a pretty good run offense and like to chew a lot of clock. I'll definitely have to take another look at that one.
Yeah, the NFL kinda goofed up Washington's schedule. Their final 5 games are all against division rivals.
Alos worth noting that I'm seeing Pollard is a game-time decision, he's not listed as out yet.

Zeke is actually playing, as well as Parsons. Pollard is likely out, but it would not surprise me if they dress him. Lamb, Cooper, and Golladay all playing from what I hear.
Washington were losing 24-8 in the third quarter, Dallas defence played brilliantly, they have the best linebacker squad in the NFL. Today was the first time they were all healthy and played together as a unit. Mica Parsons is a beast. Washington lost in the end 27-20, don't be fooled by the score Washington were outplayed, it wasn't close. Too may injuries in the end caught up with them.
Yes Matt, Chase Young is out for the season and Montez Sweat has Covid. Logan Thomas the tight end is also out, three key players not playing.
Why have Buffalo suddenly fallen apart, they looked like contenders early in the season.
Bengals driving in OT but have to settle for FG. And then the 49ers go down and win it with a TD.
Bills claw back and can win it with a TD, but they too must settle for a FG and go into OT. They immediately go three and out, and then Brady throws a dink pass that the WR runs all the way for a TD.
Wow Dennis, so many brave picks. You were unlucky with Buffalo (losing in OT), but were successful with Cleveland, Atlanta & San Francisco. Now you're in 2nd place and just 3 games behind me.
San Francisco were very lucky. They threw away a 20-6 lead and also missed a game-winning FG in regular time. Then they converted a 3rd & 5 in overtime which allowed them to go for the TD.
Tampa Buy almost threw away a 27-10 4th quarter lead at home. Buffalo then threw it away when they had 1st & 10 @ TB 15 trailing 24-27. New England are really going to win the division...
Chicago also threw away a 24-14 lead to get outscored 6-31 after that stage.
Trevor Lawrence threw 0TDs & 4INTs in a horrible display. Could the best college prospect in a decade really turn out to be a bust? Surely not, but he has been mediocre at best this season. The coach is also one of the biggest locker room cancers I've ever seen.

When Cincy was driving to start overtime, I thought they would go in for a TD. Funny enough, I thought the same thing of the Bills at the end of regulation. Both settled for FGs and ended up losing. I really need to at least split with those. lol
I'm surprised the Jags are just letting Lawrence continue to struggle. I thought for sure that they would go with Beathard after the third pick, but nope. They even made Lawrence go back in after the fourth pick. I get it being a learning experience, but you don't want to kill all of his confidence.
Nearly all the great quarterbacks struggled to begin with, Bradshaw, Montana, Simms Elway, and Aikman who went 1-15 just to name a few. The thing now is how quickly can the Jaguars build the team around Lawrence before he loses his confidence. I think the guy will be another Darnold, highly rated prospect who is ruined by going to a bad club.
I hope they can turn it around because you don't want to see that type of talent go waste. David Carr was sad to see, and so was Darnold while on the Jets. And if you want to go even further back, it was horrible to watch Barry Sanders on the Lions. Sure, he persevered and put up ridiculous numbers, but he got his head bashed in game after game for nothing more than one playoff appearance.
Cons - You & Dennis are getting closer. Pros - I didn't realise there were just 4 weeks left. Hopefully I can hang on.
Are you all happy to do what we usually do, whereby if someone wins by the end of the regular season then they are crowned winner, but if we are tied, we continue into playoffs?
