Matt has this competition in the bag unless we can pick major upsets, and we are running out of weeks to do it.

Nice upset pick with LA Chargers Dennis. You needed it to stay in touch this week. Also nice upset picks Warrior with Pittsburgh & Seattle (2 brave calls). I am very fortunate. When I tipped Seattle that was before they were embarrassed by Washington in primetime. I was supposed to change to SF, but forgot... In the end the reason I tipped them was because despite everything, Russel Wilson is an above average/elite QB.

So glad Detroit got a win. They deserve more. And not surprised it was Minnesota who flopped against them. They play to the level of their opposition, and cannot comfortably win or lose. In fact Detroit should've swept them this season.

Bad loss by Las Vegas. They choked big time. They dropped an INT while Washington were within FG range. As a result Washington scored to lead 17-15 and held on for the win.

Injuries are catching up to Baltimore. Good on them for going for the 2XP though. But Pittsburgh are mediocre.

Impressive comeback from Seattle after being 14-23 down to win 30-23. They stopped SF at the goal line with 4 defensive stops. I still can't comprehend how Seattle are 4-8 (3-8 before this week).

Miami keep it going. 5-0 after starting 1-7. Tua had another good game with 30/41 (73%) for 244 yards, 2TDs & 0INTs. The defense dominated, conceding 0TDs as well. Yes our schedule has been cakewalk apart from Baltimore, but wins are wins. Our remaining schedule is:
BYE
NY Jets
@ New Orleans
@ Tennessee
New England
We'll start as favourites in our next 2 games. If we win those we'll be 8-7 heading into the tough fortnight. But Tennessee are inconsistent, and we already beat New England away. We have a genuine chance at the biggest playoff qualification comeback in NFL history.

Miami just has to take care of the Jets and then anything can happen. Running the table is going to be difficult, but it's likely a must to make the playoffs in the AFC.

Miami are looking good, Tua is growing on me. I can see him becoming a top tier quarteback in the next couple of years. Similar to how it took Kyler Murray a couple of years to get comfortable with the Cardinals and he is looking elite now.

Biggest playoff qualification will be Washington when they win the NFC East from 2-5 behind Dallas's 6-1. Dallas play Washington twice and Arizona and Washington are only two behind and have won four straight without their two best players. Problem now though is TE Logan Thomas is injured as well.

I hope Washington can win the division, but losing Thomas really hurts.

Finally, finally I have a gutsy pick work out! What a weird game, that wind was insane. I saw the Bills kicker miss a 33yd field goal. Mac Jones with 3 pass attempts all game. I've never seen anything like it.

Three pass attempts for a game is the lowest number since 1974. That must have been a tedious game to watch. Well done for picking the upset steelersrock01

Bills had two different drives to end it but couldnt. Pats now have two game lead in the East over the Bills. I do not think that can be made up with only like a month to go. I think this also puts the Pats as the present #1 Seed. Crazy.

I only saw a few plays in the first half and the last few minutes. Kind of fun to watch just for the novelty of it. The wind was really insane. On the bills last drive they were 15 yards out from the endzone and Josh Allen tried to get it down there. It was a pretty bad pass, but the wind just absolutely took it.

It was a bad decision by Allen on that last throw. Beasely was breaking wide open, but he just threw to his first option. You have to think Allen knew Beasely would be open on the cross with the Pats running a no safety look, but nope. Still growing, I guess.

Made my picks. I felt there were a lot of upsets, but apparently not by yahoo standards. lol

How do you win a game when your QB throws 3 passes? This is more on how bad Buffalo was. Literally every play you know that NE would rush the ball, yet you still concede points.

The dynasty continues...

The players just couldn't stop it. They had 8 or 9 men in the box most plays too.

There's no excuse for not stopping the run when you load the box. It's not Derrick Henry we're talking about here. That's pitiful.

It sounds like a game from the 70s or 80s which were grind them out affairs in the trenches. Ball control football where you wear out the other team. Belichick was around on that era winning Super Bowls with the Giants. I wonder if the NFL is going to go full circle and the running game emerges to keep the top quarterbacks off the field.

If your offense continually goes three and out and only takes off a minute off the clock each time you put your defense under pressure as they get hardly any rest which results in them getting tired and sloppy against the run. Washington are basically winning games doing this, they are putting together scoring drives that take off 8 plus minutes off the clock. So too are Tennessee who give teams a steady dose of Derrick Henry.

If all a team is doing is running, you have to be able to stop that. Again, no excuse for not shutting down a one dimensional team.

You would think one of these teams would force the Pats to have Mac Jones win the game for them at some point. He never throws deep, and when he does, he throws most of his picks.

Started out close, but looking like a blowout.

I taught Matt too much.

Up 29 to only win by 8. Vikings are not going to get anywhere playing like that.

The Steelers have fallen apart, too erratic to be a serious contender. Steelers at home used to be a sure thing, not anymore. Ben Rothenberger has to go, and they need to rebuild, either get Aaron Rogers at the end of the season or take a chance in the draft. Get rid of those two clowns backing up Rothenberger as well, the pair of them are a waste of money.

Was glad to see that some people took the bait and tipped against Minnesota. It wasn't an upset pick, but it was tricky because they lost to the 0-10-1 Lions.

Minnesota are ridiculous. They have played in 12 one-score games this season, including 10 consecutive, and have played in overtime 3 times. The only game that wasn't a one-score game was their 30-17 win over Seattle in week 3.
3 point loss to Cincy in OT
1 point loss to Arizona
13 point win over Seattle
7 point loss to Cleveland
2 point win over Detroit
6 point win over Carolina in OT
4 point loss to Dallas
3 point loss to Baltimore in OT
7 point win over LA Chargers
3 point win over Green Bay
8 point loss to San Francisco
2 point loss to Detroit
8 point win over Pittsburgh
Minnesota had the potential to be 13-0 right now, and it's fact as you can see above. They also had the potential to be 1-12 and the worst team in the NFL...

The score was a lot closer than it should've been. Minnesota is such a weird team, they've shown they're good enough to go up 29-0 and bad enough to give up 28 points. Always a tough pick when Minny's involved. Also Chase Claypool has a ton of growing up to do.
