Arizona's season is over. David Johnson is out for 2-3 months.

Forgot to post my tip for Thursday's game but I swear on my life I had it in my head that Houston would win.

Yeah I believe you, after the bungles failed to score a point last week I wouldn't pick them this week either.

Same as you this Week Matt except Philadelphia to beat Kansas and Chicago to beat Tampa Bay.

If the Washington Redskins lose again this week it will be interesting to see what happens with Kirk Cousins, he is not the same with his current crop of recievers and there is disent in Washington now with him. Apparently when you analyse his stats for last year, although great they came in meaningless situations when the games were already either won or lost. When you look at how Cousins performed in vital situations he was less than stellar.

I hope Miami win, that city needs some happiness.

After KC beat New England away from home I can't see them dropping this one. And I'm guessing Chicago is your upset pick cause I don't see much logic in that pick.

I agree it's a vital game for Washington. If LA Rams repeat last week's effort they will destroy Washington, but I can't see that happening. 50/50 game is how I see it. Unfortunately I don't see Miami playing a 50/50 game. Their defense is just awful, and while they can generate points, they will concede way too many.

I picked Cincy. My gut said Houston, but my mind was telling me Cincy had to win if they would have any shot in the AFC North. There season is already over, and Lewis better be fired after it.

My upset Picks this week are Tennessee & Washington; I'm not jumping on the Jaguars or Rams bandwagon after only one win.

I agree Tennessee will win, and I think LA will just win out, but like you I'm not jumping on the bandwagons.

Looks like my lead over you will continue for at least another week, unless you're sneaky & chance some...

Having a slow start this year. I'll get going (hopefully). lol

Just gotta having winning weeks until I find my groove. 9-6 last week accomplished that, hopefully I can build off that this week. But 0-1 isn't a good start, might even foreshadow how I will do on Sunday. lol

All I want is to finally correctly predict the final score of a game.

Chicago are under pressure and if Glennon doesn't perform in the first half Mitch Trubisky will come on. How many times have I seen a first round rookie Quarterback play their first season in the NFL and suddenly turn the team around? Jim Kelly and Dan Marino come straight to mind and don't forget Cam Newton recently. As for Kansas, I think the win against New England last week was more of a case of the Patriots defense not turning up than Kansas being good. After beating Washington last week Philadelphia know they have to keep winning to keep stride with Dallas if they have any asperations of winning the NFC East. I think Kanass were a one game wonder, they didn't convince me on defense.

I still don't think it's enough to beat Tampa Bay. If it were a weak team perhaps, but Tampa Bay are a playoff contender. Chicago are 3-15 in their past 18 matches.

Probably not, you've played it safe with all your selections and you have basically gone for all the bookies favorites. I know through past experience betting on the NFL there is always a couple of upsets and they are the games you need to figure out.

It sounds simple, place $5 down, pick three winners who beat the handicap which is normally never higher than +10 and you pick up $30. Nearly every week there's an upset or the favored team doesn't beat the handicap. Last weeks shock result nobody saw coming was Kansas, who is it this week? I'm hoping the Bears.

I think a lot of teams could pull off upsets this week. I doubt it will happen but for some reason when I look at the Minnesota @ Pittsburgh matchup I get a strange feeling. Sam Bradford is questionable too, but like I say it's just a strange feeling. Pittsburgh weren't great last week; they beat the 1-19 in last 20 games Cleveland team by a field goal. That said I think the best chance of an upset is Atlanta beating Green Bay at home.

Matt: As for the remainder of your picks... I picked all the same outside of picking Green Bay, LA Chargers, and LA Rams.

Not sure what to make of Minnesota, some people already have them down as Super Bowl contenders this year. I personally don't see anything special about them. Pittsburgh did not look convincing last week I must admit so they will be looking to reassert themselves as contenders. Green Bay vs Atlanta is not an easy one to pick, could go either way.

Great picks Warrior, making you 12-2 so far this week. It also means we're even again...

Great win for my Phins. No idea why we have a different kicker but when they kick a 54-yard go-ahead field goal I'm not complaining. Also a much needed win for your Redskins Dennis. Untimately the fact that Cousins didn't turn the ball over was the difference.

Never saw Dallas losing to Denver, Miami top of the AFC East, never saw that happening either. The Raiders are looking like Super Bowl contenders and the Pittsburgh Steelers turned up this week. Looks like Atlanta have got over their Super Bowl defeat and are seeking redemption. Who in the NFC can stop them? Early Super Bowl prediction: Raiders vs Falcons.
