I'm still sticking with the line up I chose for moves on Goukazaru. I am not gonna teach him the Blast Burn, move I seen it already and I want the new pokemon to all have new movesets none of us have seen before. Flare Drive, Somersault, In Fight, Rock Climb or Rock Slide are going to be the moves that my Goukazaru will be having.

Thats cool also, but for me, Im only revealing Blast Burn as my Goukazaru's official move, the others are now secret, lol, so one day when I battle someone, they wont have the same moves as me. :D

And he can be fast if you give him that item that increases the speed of pokemon, I think its Carbos. And like I said, Earthquake on the Monkey and Wood Hammer on the Penguin.
0083R = Oober, or Uber.

I mean Grass starter doesn't matter because Goukazaru wins against Dotatios anyway, it's almost impossible unless Dotatios survives for one turn.

Chaos: Blast Burn? Oh well, don't blame me when people beat the crap out of you for giving the poor chimp a rubbish move.

Espeondude_: We appreciate it if you use proper words here. Wouldn't it have been quicker to type 'uber' instead of '0083R' anyway?

Master Volthawk: Glad you do.

lol @ nintendo dude....He thinks Blast Burn is a rubbish move. I am not agreeing with him however like I said I won't be teaching any of the pokemon moves from previous generations to start off with because I want to see what the new ones look like. Blast Burn is a hot move.

I mostly like water and flying pokemon myself. Blast Burn is a cool Fire Move, so I guess we will all see who's pokemon can battle to the last when we trade friend codes and battle. Be prepared!!!

You don't need Wi-Fi, but if you wanna battle other people and do things with friends, then yes. But please try to remain on topic.

nyeem78: 150 power is great, but when you think of the second turn racharge and the 90% accuracy (meaning if you miss you'd lose out on TWO turns) it ruins it.

Chaos: Nothing wrong with liking the move. I'm not going to decapitate you with an axe for liking the move. I'm just stating why I dislike it. But remember, if you do use it, it's best used as a finishing move. That's my advice.

Well put n_d.

Still, I'll need to research Enepurto to reach my final decision.

I know. Thanks for noticing.

He'd be a great Special Attacker, but he doesn't have a great Special movepool and no Special stats boosting moves either. He has a great physical movepool, but his Attack stat is barely above average. He does get Swords Dance though.

Check Serebii for information on all the Diamond and Pearl pokmon. By my research, the Grass one will be the best. Of course, people have opinions and pick a favourite on looks and type alone.

Either way, you never know for sure until you try. I'll be trying all three before I make a final descision.

I think as far as the new starter's go. Gamefreak and Nintendo did a good job this time around. I mean not to many people are sure on which one the will choose. I know for me I will have all three because I am getting both games. I picked the Fire Monkey based on looks and his movepool and I believe he is the strongest because he is fast quick and has very good stats.

Why not just get all 3? Start the game, trade it to a friend, start it again, get the next one, start the game again picking the remaining one then trade them all back to your game? Then you can get all of them!

Actually, his defences are mediocre. His attacking stats are good though, and his Speed is great. He'll work best as an all out offensive type. That's why I recommend 100 accuracy moves on him, if they miss he'll get killed quite easy.
