I would love it. Ross has not done a great job as an owner until just as of late.

Brady would have to be like the face of a larger ownership group. I've heard some rumblings that it wouldn't be approved if he's still playing.

Warrior13, I hope you have taken into account that the New York Jets have announced they are all in on getting Deebo Samuel, so I would assume that will include their 10th round pick to the 49rs. This should get interesting.

I'm not taking that into consideration, at least not yet. ;)

I think that type of trade will happen before the draft, so we could all be good on that one. ;)

I'm still working on the write ups for each pick. Hopefully will post by tomorrow night. I literally struggled with the order all day long, guys. A few different picks early created a domino effect.

That said, looks like Washington is heading the direction of WR at #11. Hamilton is falling like no tomorrow. #15-#20 at best.

QBs will look weird, but remember, we just have to pick correct team or pick number. I'm assuming one, if not both, will be trade ups.

What's happening with Hamilton, I hear the guy is slow in the 40 but makes up for it on the field by being in the correct position to make the tackle. Neary every mock I see has Hamilton going to Washington, I personally think they will go wide receiver too, McLarin is still up in the air and if a contract is not sorted for him Washington will have no receivers in place. Curtis Samuels is always injured and Dyami Brown hasn't shown much so far.

Hamilton's slow 40 time is really hurting him. Teams don't know where to play him because of it.

Too much is put into the 40 yard dash, there's track speed and there's football speed. Marcus Allen the Raiders running back was slow at the 40, he could only do it in 4.59. Watch the guy play football and he didn't look slow slicing through defenses. The guy scored 123 Touchdowns in his career, that tells me he ran away from quite a few defenders.

Here it is, boys: https://walterfootball.com/mocks/publishedmock/73449

I will be updating it over the next few days. All depends what information gets leaked.

I didn't officially predict trades, but there are a few trade scenarios that I'm hearing.

Took a glance at your mock, looks great so far. I'll try to have mine up later today after my interview or tomorrow.

Yeah, gonna have to change a lot of it. Verified leaks are happening.

Looks like a huge swing toward Walker at #1.

Kenny Pickett plummeting. If having small hands wasn't bad enough, he scored a Wonderlic of 17. That's terrible. I've seen him falling to #26-#32, and one even had him slipping into the 2nd.

17/50 is not a good score

I was reading about the Wonderlic score and how it is used in the NFL and apparently a 10 is literate. Frank Gore the running back must be as thick as two short planks of wood, he only scored a 6/50. Ryan Fitzpatric scored 48/50

It really only matters with QBs, but it is pretty telling for most guys.

Unless a team trades back in the 1st for a QB, it's sounding like Willis will be the only QB taken. If the Panthers don't take him, the Steelers are the favorite to land him.

As usual Warrior13 you have done some extensive research and I am impressed the way you give reason why you place each player on a particular team. I really can't argue with anything you have said.

I put together my 2022 mock draft without looking at yours first as I didn't want to be influenced. I have Kenny Pickett going at 16 to the Saints but if New Orleans don't take him with that pick or 19 the pressure on Pittsburgh to do so will be immense at pick 20. The average football fan in Pittsburgh will know Pickett is a local boy and will be screaming for the Steelers to take him in the draft. Same thing happened with Joe Burrow and Cinncinatti, if the Bengals had of taken Chase Young instead of the local boy there would be some very upset Bengal fans. As it turns out they made the right choice anyway.

2022 NFL Draft

1) Jaguars - Travon Walker

2) Detroit - Aiden Hutchinson

3) Houston - Ikem Ekwonu

4) N.Y. Jets - Kayvon Thibodeaux

5) N.Y. Giants - Evan Neal

6) Carolina - Charles Cross

7) N.Y. Giants - Ahmad Gardner

8) Atlanta - Malik Willis

9) Seattle - Derek Stingly Jr.

10) N.Y. Jets - Garrett Wilson

11) Washington - Drake London

12) Vikings - Trent McDuffie

13) Houston - Kyle Hamilton

14) Ravens - George Karlaftis

15) Philadelphia - Jordan Davis

16) New Orleans - Kenny Pickett

17) Chargers - Jameson Williams

18) Philadelphia - Devin Lloyd

19) New Orleans - Trevor Penning

20) Pittsburgh - Tyler Linderbaum

21) Patriots - Devpmte Wyatt

22) Green Bay - Treylon Burks

23) Cardinals - David Ojabo

24) Cowboys - Zion Johnson

25) Buffalo - Daxton Hill

26) Titans - Bernhard Raimann

27) Buccaneers - Andrew Booth Jr.

28) Green Bay - Nakobe Dean

29) Kansas City - Chris Olave

30) Kansas City - Kenyon Green

31) Cincinnati - Kaiir Elam

32) Detroit - Sam Howell

Great mock, Dennis, not much for to argue with there. I don't think the Falcons will go for QB this year, and think it's more likely the Steelers either take Pickett at 20 or trade up for Willis, and I'd be a little disappointed if they take Linderbaum, but it's definitely possible.

I got that job btw, starting May 17th. Really excited. I'll have my mock up tomorrow.

Thanks bud, I met more senior members of the team today. Seemed like great people. And I think they had made the decision to hire me before this interview as long as I didn't completely bomb it. Definitely the best company I've been at in terms of company culture (at least from what I've seen so far), benefits, and just having their stuff together. Pay is pretty competitive too, maybe a smidge lower than I wanted given my area is medium-high cost of living. But nothing to complain about, they're going to send out some company equipment, I can work in my pajamas, all good stuff.
